Code of Conduct
1. General
Nienstedt Inc.’s Code of Conduct is based on the Global Compact’s 10 general principles on enhancing the
social responsibility of the company.
2. Purpose
It is of utmost importance to Nienstedt Inc. to comply with the above mentioned principles and therefore we
expect all our suppliers and sup-suppliers and customers to do the same.
3. Human Rights
As Nienstedt Inc., we uphold and respect the UN’s Global Compact on Human Rights dated December 10,
1948, and support human rights without discrimination based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political
or other opinions.
3. Environment
The general legislation on environmental protection and sustainability are important factors must be
observed.
We herefore make sure to reduce waste and emissions to air, sole and water. Additionally we dedicate to the
correct handeling, storage and disposal of hazardous waste. Nienstedts equipment is designed for long lasting
and we focus on maintaining the equipment and reuse of materials and products. Our development team is
always working on more efficient solutions to ensure the sustainability of or equipment.
4. Labour Standards
Nienstedt Inc. together with their sub-contractors are acting as responsible companies and it is our
philosophy to treat all employees with respect and dignity. We do not approve of any kind of child labour and
do not benefit from child labour.
Nienstedt Inc. ensures a safe work environment that meets the demands of the general legislation.
5. Anti-Corruption
Nienstedt Inc. and all their employees do not tolerate any kind of corruption and bribery.
